Michelle has been in Canada for 10 years and her career in the UK was as a housing officer for local authority housing. When arriving in Canada, it took Michelle some time to find a similar role, and then found a position as an administrator for co-op housing. In 2017 she joined a property management firm as an administrator and with dedication and persistence, became a licensed Property Manager. Michelle is excited to work with Laker PM and continue to develop excellent relationships with our clients and colleagues.
Tracey Gunn is the principal and owner of Traway Condominium Accounting Services. Her philosophy is to serve each client's specific needs, with professionalism, compassion and the expertise that is expected of an accounting department.Tracey is very excited to partner with Laker Property Management, to provide all of the financial support and services to our clients.
Tracey is also a Registered Condominium Manager and an Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager. Tracey also teaches Financial Management at Humber and Mohawk Colleges to students who are studying to obtain their Registered Condominium Manager designation.

Liz is an experienced Condominium Manager with knowledge of many types of residential Condominiums. She has worked in high-rise and portfolio management and has a great rapport with the boards, residents and internal/external colleagues she works with.
Michelle Laidman has over 20 years’ experience as an administrative professional. She’s takes great pride in her work and carries herself with a very positive attitude while she strives to ensure the best possible experience for all Laker Property Management clients. Her strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and unwavering commitment to excellence makes her a valuable member to the Laker team.
Travis has many years of experience in the maintenance of Condominiums and has worked in the Property Management field for many years. His role with our firm is unique, as he will be helping build our in-house maintenance division, and he will also be managing a small portfolio of properties.
