President & Senior Property Manager

Jessica Laker, RCM, OLCM

As well as holding the position of President of Laker Property Management LTD, Jessica is a Registered Condominium Manager and holds a General License with the Condominium Manager Regulatory Authority of Ontario - CMRAO.

Property Manager

Sonya McKenna, RCM, OLCM

Sonya brings years of experience as a Registered Condominium Manager and General Licensed Condominium Manager. Sonya provides excellent customer service and critical thinking to the day-to-day operations of the properties in her portfolio.

Accounting Manager

Ann Riik

Ann brings over 30 years of Condominium Accounting experience to our company, which shows in her excellent management of our clients' finances. She handles everything from the processing of common element fees to the preparation of unaudited financial statements.

Assistant Property Manager

Katrina Di Raddo, OLCM-L

Katrina has the experience of both a condo owner and a Condo Board director / officer, with now a Condo Manager Limited License. She knows what owners and boards need to keep their homes running smoothly, and is dedicated to providing the best support.

Administrative Assistant

Leanne Puplickhuizen

Leanne works collectively with our clients, residents, internal and external colleagues, to provide support and administrative assistance with a high level of efficiency and care. She is typically the first point of contact for owner inquiries.

Maintenance Manager

Travis Hooiveld

Travis has many years of experience in the maintenance of Condominiums and the Property Management field. He runs our in-house maintenance division and provides maintenance services to our portfolio of properties.
