Dedicated to the Condominium industry, Jessica has honed her expertise in the field for over 23 years. Her first assignment was working with a Condominium Developer and gained a wide range of knowledge in the various stages associated with pre-delivery inspections, occupancy and registration. 

 

As her career flourished, Jessica moved from the Development side to the Management side of the Condominium industry. This move allowed her to refocus and sharpen her skill set, managing a variety of condominiums to include residential, commercial and industrial condominiums. Jessica has become well versed with the many complexities that a multifaceted industry embodies. She has worked on various areas of the day-to-day operations of a Condominium, such as performance audits, condo law, insurance negotiations and claims, construction, and tendering.

 

After transitioning from her Senior Management role, Jessica embarked on a new adventure of opening a boutique-style Condominium Management firm: Laker Property Management Ltd. Servicing mostly Simcoe and Dufferin County, Jessica brings a well rounded level of knowledge to her client base. Her enthusiasm and energy is reflected in the service she provides her clients. Building trust and integrity is a foundation Jessica has built her reputation on, a core value which echoes throughout the communities Laker PM manages. Like Jessica, Laker PM is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of their clients.

Jessica is a Registered Condominium Manager and holds a General License with the Condominium Manager Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). Jessica has been asked to speak at a variety of seminars and assist with teaching the Condominium Directors courses held by the Canadian Condominium Institute.
